Notes from Olaf:
Milo is an unstuck individual. They are quite odd and I have seen them only twice while I have been here. Each time they have offered me two different items I could buy from them, though they did not want gold which was a little bit strange. Definitely less strange then when I saw them for a second time and they looked completely different. At first I thought they must be a changeling but my companions told me that was not the case, we tend to check for changelings when we meet people for the first time. Regardless they seem to be rather nice and I hope to get to learn more about them over time if they keep showing up.
