Milo is an unstuck individual. They are quite odd and I have seen them only twice while I have been here. Each time they have offered me two different items I could buy from them, though they did not want gold which was a little bit strange. Definitely less strange then when I saw them for a second time and they looked completely different. At first I thought they must be a changeling but my companions told me that was not the case, we tend to check for changelings when we meet people for the first time.
