Excerpts from Ti’s History
Entries are in chronological order.
Existence is good. Et has brought me forth as an observer to his new domain. A land he is calling Sunholm in honor of the light which touches it’s surface. I am one of the first but Et has grand plans for a plethora of beings to inhabit this land. He is a humble god, always listening to those around him, hearing the plights of those who are suffering and easing their pain.
My name has become known to me. I am Ti. I have been instructed by Et to catalog the history of this plane as it is created. A brilliant role. Et’s wisdom is boundless and I am barely able to contain my glee for what wonders these pages shall contain.
Et has manifested a series of wise beasts he created by purifying chaotic elemental forces. He has tasked them with the management and protection of different aspects of his domain of Sunholm. They are such majestic beasts with beautiful wings and fangs. Fearlessly loyal and imbued with enough prowess to complete their grand tasks.
Another god has emerged. This one calls herself Jalari, she is still young but having another generous deity gracing our plane is a miracle I could not have imagined happening. The two of them working in unison will bring even greater prosperity to this world and all those within it. While I had previously thought life to be so grand, I cannot begin comprehend what it may be like as the two divinity work in unison. It will surely be a sight to behold.
Jalari has created these bipedal creatures. They are kind, usually, to the denizens and provide lesser miracles on behalf of their creator. What a beautiful first creation. Jalari truly has the best intentions for the mortals in mind when acting. Et has decided to teach her more about their divine power and origins so that they may both better create this wonderful realm.
Learning of my histories, Jalari’s newborn bipeds introduced themselves to me today. I have given them names. I know not where these names emerged but I believe they enjoy them. Perhaps these are but names that represent their physical descriptions. Dae'mon, Kit'lai, Neb'tet, Mai'cef, and Ith'Geb, may their existence bring joy to the lesser entities. Perhaps I shall be the one to name Et’s scaled and fanged guardians as well.
The bipeds I named have found their purposes. Some even grew wings! Wings are so glorious, I do wonder what it would be like to have a need for wings. But wings are unnecessary for me so I am unfazed by not having them.
Jalari has posed some concerns about the teachings of Et, she says that the weaverseed should be shared with all the entities of the plane and not protected away, guarded by ancient winged coalescence of elements. Et disagrees, though he loves his creatures, they are not ready for the opportunity yet. Giving them the weaverseed would go against his great plan and would lead to their own destruction, a path Et would do anything to avoid.
Et has convinced Jalari not to give the weaverseed to the mortals yet. She disagrees that the power should be hidden from them and does believe that one day the power should be given to them entirely. Et has not refuted that point, but declines to share any sort of timeline other then “when they are ready to handle such”. It is good to see the supreme beings working in harmony once more, the plague that swept the land while they bickered caused much unrest.
Once more a new one is born. I must say I do now wonder how many members of divinity will come into existence. This one calls themselves Zanil. They are unruly. Their impulses drive them. Et often tasks Jalari with keeping Zanil in check. Zanil has made theses awful mountains that spew smoke and fire. They have coalesced storms which wreak havoc across the land. And they have introduced a new gift to the power of wind allowing it to spiral rapidly in a cone, destroying everything in its path until it dissipates. How can this being call itself divine. Yes it was born in the same fashion as the two true deities, but it acts with such abandon. I may never understand it.
