Summary

After my good friend Taro returned with is party of allies bringing an abundance of useful potion crafting supplies, I have devised and tested my new intelligence potion. As a one-time offer in celebration of my success I am giving away free samples at the apothecary.

Some ne'er-do-wells seem to have taken down my advertisement before my supplies had run out. May they be caught and pay for their crimes.
