All rooms must be accessible from all other rooms, there cannot be a wall that permanently removes access to a room. All floors need stairs to adjacent floors. Floors, Stairs, Doors, and interior Walls all count as a tile. Exterior walls do not count as a tile
Hidden Doors cost an additional 50Gp to install

Updating Construction

If you have already built a structure and just want to move rooms around then each tile you would like to change costs 50Gp.
Floors, Stairs, Doors, and Interior Walls all count as a tile.
Hidden Doors cost an additional 50Gp to add. You do not get an additional discount for removing a hidden door

New Land Purchasing

New land can be purchased up to a 115ft x 115ft grid of space (23x23 = 529 Tiles)
Each new tile costs 10*(the number of tiles you have +1). Because you start with 121 tiles, the first expansion tile you buy will cost 1220Gp. The next will cost 1230Gp, etc.
